How to Install 3D Wall Panels: Step-by-Step DIY Guide
Why Self-Adhesive 3D Wall Panels?
Self-adhesive 3D brick-look wall panels are the fastest and cheapest way to give a room character – no masonry work, no paste, no filler. Made of high-quality PE foam (4.5 mm thick), the panels are non-toxic, odourless, waterproof and wipeable.
Prepare the Wall
The surface should be flat, smooth, dry and grease-free. Clean the wall with a damp cloth and let it dry completely. On freshly painted walls, wait at least two to three weeks until the paint has fully cured.
Cut with Scissors
The panels can be easily cut with ordinary scissors – perfect for fitting around corners, sockets and edges. Measure carefully first and mark cutting lines with a pencil.
Apply from Top to Bottom
Start in a corner at the top and work your way down. Peel off the backing paper little by little and press the panel on evenly. Use a clean cloth to smooth out any air bubbles.
How Much Area Does a Set Cover?
A 10-pack of 70×77 cm panels covers about 5.4 m² – ideal for an accent wall in the living room, behind the TV or at the fireplace. For a full small room wall you will need more sets.
